What we collect

Replies.live collects and processes messages exchanged between your business and your customers through connected messaging channels (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger). This data is used solely to provide the AI sales assistant service.

Qualify leads and track conversation stages
Improve response quality through conversation analysis
Calculate usage for billing purposes

Data storage

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) infrastructure in the EU region. AI processing is performed by Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI APIs. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Service providers and telemetry

We use Supabase and Vercel to host the service, Anthropic and OpenAI to process AI requests, Stripe for billing, Resend for transactional email, and the APIs of the messaging channels you connect. Sentry and PostHog receive minimized technical diagnostics and product events in their EU regions. Session replay, automatic page capture, and default collection of personal data are disabled.

We disclose only the data needed for each provider to perform its service. Provider access is governed by contractual safeguards and applicable data-processing terms.

Retention period

Messages, conversations, and lead records are retained for the lifetime of your account. When you delete your account, or revoke Instagram authorization, the associated personal data (messages, lead contact details, conversation history, channel credentials) is deleted within 90 days. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained for billing reconciliation and product analytics.

Data deletion

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us at human@replies.live. For Instagram users: revoking the app from your Instagram settings will automatically trigger data deletion, and you will be able to confirm the status at app.replies.live/data-deletion-status.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right of rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to erasure — ask us to delete your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
Right to data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Right to object / restrict processing — limit how we use your data.
Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email human@replies.live. We respond within 30 days.

Age restriction

Replies.live is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at human@replies.live and we will delete it promptly.
